Okay guys, thanks for many of you guys idea and helps, inculding some post from here and GBATemp, I figure out the problem and fix it with just simply buy a new SD card, the story is quite long but I will try to long story short, as I am not afarid of purchasing many SD card because I usually use many of them, so I purchase another 32GB and 512GB (the same size as my old one), totally same brand and grade to test, and quite weird that three of them working normally in PC but not in switch, BUT, the old SD card can only do a fast format in PC no matter in exFAT, NTFS, FAT32 or RAW, if you try to do the Overwrite format, low level format or verbose format, none of them will works, it just stuck there, using tergaexplorer can only format it as a RAW disk as well without error.
